Cure will be debuting our new fall cocktail menu on October 6th – this is one of my contributions:
1 oz Bols Genever
1 oz Pimm’s
3/4 oz Lemon juice
3/4 oz Simple syrup (1:1)
7 drops Celery bitters
Shake and strain into a chilled coupe; Garnish with two drops of celery bitters.
